Job Description:

The Operations Manager for Chick-fil-A at Ramsey is responsible for all operational activities associated with the front of the restaurant, including order taking and fulfillment, drive-thru operations, hospitality and team member development. The Operations Manager is prepared to execute daily operations with a high degree of excellence, across the above mentioned of operational activities. This position supports the position of Owner/Operator. This role sets the standard for “Operational Excellence” and leads by example while mentoring and developing the team members.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Deliver a remarkable dining experience for all guests
  • Development of Team Leaders and Team Member behaviors
  • Maintains and develops a sense of urgency that creates a surprisingly fast service
  • Execution of systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment
  • Maintains work environment that ensures and promotes food safety
  • Vigilant attention to the organization and appearance of the Front of House
  • Cash management operations
  • Deliver weekly FOH or BOH performance reports to Leadership Team
  • Coaches, evaluates, and holds accountable Front of House Team Members
  • Responsible for Opening and Closing of Restaurant
  • Lead shift of 10-20 Team Members at a time
  • Able to fulfill catering orders totaling over $250
  • Ownership of 1 or 2 specific area of the restaurant (ex: Catering Fulfillment, Mobile Ordering Platform, Customer Experience Surveys)
  • Able to fulfill operational needs in the restaurant at a high level

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 Year Higher Education Degree or Equivalent
  • 2 Years in Restaurant Leadership Role or Equivalent
  • Available to work 2 evenings per week and 3 Saturdays a month, 40-50 hours a week.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience in operations within customer service industry
  • Must have strong computer skills
